Our bar area greets guests who enter through our front door on 8th Street. It includes high top tables & bar stools and boasts prime seating for watching the big game.
Low Top Tables & Booths
The dining area includes low top tables with comfortable chairs and booths. Cozy up with your date over a bottle of wine and a flickering candle.
Our beautiful patio is set on 8th Street with views of the clock tower and our own 1898 building, both featuring historic waverly stone.

CHEF ED WESTERLUND
EXECUTIVE CHEF / FATHER
Chef Ed Westerlund has over 40 years of experience in the culinary industry including studies at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He was the Executive Chef at the Sandpiper in Holland and Test Kitchen Chef at Gordon Food Services.
Now he and his son, Andrew, work side-by-side in the kitchen and as owners of Waverly Stone Gastropub in Downtown Holland. Much of the inspiration for our pub menu is from Chef Ed’s annual travels to New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago while working as a Test Kitchen Chef.

Andrew Westerlund was born and raised in Holland, Michigan. From a young age, he had a knack for flavor, comfort in the kitchen, and passion for hospitality. He pursued software engineering professionally while privately creating unique and inspiring dishes in his kitchen for family and friends and explored different business ventures.
In 2018, he combined his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for food and hospitality as owner, Director of Operations, and Executive Sous Chef at Waverly Stone Gastropub.
